Itinerary
Your adventure begins with pick-up from your accommodation or Fes airport. First stop is Meknes, the Imperial City founded by Sultan Moulay Ismail. Explore:
✔️ Bab Mansour, one of Morocco's grandest gates
✔️ Royal granaries, stables, and Moulay Ismail's Mausoleum
Afterwards, we visit Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman archaeological site in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient mosaics and majestic ruins.
In the afternoon, we continue to the enchanting Chefchaouen, known worldwide for its blue-washed streets and stunning Rif mountain backdrop.
Overnight: Hotel or Riad in Chefchaouen.
Enjoy breakfast, then take free time to explore the peaceful blue alleys of Chefchaouen, ideal for photos and relaxation.
We then head south to Rabat, Morocco’s current capital and one of its historic Imperial Cities. Highlights include:

✔️ The picturesque Kasbah of Oudayas, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean

After breakfast, our journey continues along the Atlantic coastline to vibrant Casablanca, Morocco's economic powerhouse. We visit:
✔️ Hassan II Mosque, the tallest religious structure in Africa and a masterpiece of Moroccan craftsmanship
✔️ Stroll along Casablanca's beachfront Corniche
We then head inland to the magical city of Marrakech, known as the Red City. In the evening, enjoy free time wandering Jemaa El-Fna square, bustling with food stalls, storytellers, and musicians.

After breakfast, explore Marrakech with a certified local guide. Must-see sites include:

✔️ Saadian Tombs, a hidden royal necropolis
✔️ The historical Ben Youssef Madrasa
✔️ Souks and handicraft markets of the Medina
Later, visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Marrakech's iconic landmark, and the serene Majorelle Garden, designed by French artist Jacques Majorelle.

We leave Marrakech early, crossing the breathtaking Tizi-n-Tichka mountain pass (2,260m) with spectacular views of the High Atlas.
En route, visit the world-famous Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified ksar recognized by UNESCO and featured in numerous films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
Continue to Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Africa", where films such as The Mummy and Kingdom of Heaven were filmed.
Overnight: Hotel in Ouarzazate.
After breakfast, optional visit to Ouarzazate film studios, then drive through the fragrant Valley of Roses, especially beautiful in May during harvest season.
Next, marvel at the spectacular cliffs of Todra Gorges, a popular spot for hiking and rock climbing.
In the afternoon, reach the mystical Sahara Desert of Merzouga, where your camel caravan awaits. Ride through the dunes of Erg Chebbi, admire the sunset, then spend the night in a luxury desert camp, with traditional music under a star-filled sky.
Overnight: Luxury Desert Camp in Merzouga.
Wake up early to witness a desert sunrise. After breakfast, ride camels back to Merzouga, then visit:
✔️ Rissani Market, an authentic desert town souk
✔️ Fossil workshops in Erfoud, known for ancient geological treasures
We travel along the scenic Ziz Valley, pause for lunch in Midelt, then continue through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas, home to the Barbary macaques.
Our final stop is the alpine-style town of Ifrane, known for its clean streets and European feel — nicknamed the "Switzerland of Morocco."
Arrival back in Fes in the evening. Drop-off at your accommodation or Fes airport.
